It's okay, we already knew before the episode was leaked that DJ would be in a flashback so I don't consider it too bad. It's just that since it's from a scene taken from the episode before it has aired, it shouldn't be on his page until it does.
He was in 21 episodes. Thats 4 more than Dale, 3 more than Bob, 7 more than Merle, 3 more than Shane (all listed as mains ) yet you see him as a supporting?? Hell DWIGHT is listed as a main in The Walking Dead and he is not even in the show anymore! I dont know, is this fandom as biased to poor old T as the writers were? We all loved him, he was part of the family, he gave his life to save a main, he is a main.
I think you're taking this a bit too seriously. He's a supporting character because his actor was never signed on as a series regular, he was just a guest star. Dwight however was a series regular. Austin himself was signed on as one. I mean, Judith's been in over 60 episodes now and hasn't been listed as a main character. Why? Because she isn't a series regular as of now.
' Originally, T-Dog was only supposed to appear in a couple of episodes in Season 1, but Singleton's role expanded into a recurring one with the actor eventually becoming a series regular, with T-Dog finally being a full-fledged main character by the time he died'. Since T-Dog was a character unique to "The Walking Dead" television series -- he doesn't exist in the comics -- Singleton said he enjoyed getting to watch the character grow.
No disrespect but the writers at CBR get paid for doing this, you dont. So what if he showed in in also starrting all the time? Daryll and Carol have appeared in that section, so by your logic they should be listed as part main part guest? Just let T dog be invloved man!
No disrespect but I really don't care if they're paid for saying stuff or not. You can call any character a main character. The format we have is that we call characters a main character if they became a series regular. T-Dog was never a series regular so we don't list him as such. This will be my final response to this because you refuse to listen and this will ultimately go nowhere. Have a good day.
I think that can work. I originally thought the user assumed he appeared in the webisodes so I changed it back to (Fear), as the other characters who just appeared in that webisode have (Flight 462) in their titles. I also remembered that there's a Tom mentioned in S2 of the main show, so a solution to all of this that I thought of is Deirdre, Anthony, and Connie's pages can be changed to (Webisodes), thus Tom's page can be changed back to (Flight 462) without any assumptions that the title refers to the main show's Tom or that he appeared in the webisodes. Thoughts on the idea?
Hmm good points, maybe Tom (Season 2) and Tom (Season 5) is the best way to go. I’d be okay with changing Tom to Tom (Flight 462) and still use that title for Connie, Anthony, etc. Rather not have (Webisodes) and (Flight 462) both used at the same time.
Having more time to think about it, Tom (Season 2) is what I'd personally change it to. Also while on the subject, I feel like Corporal Cole and PFC Richards' pages should be renamed to something like Cole (Season 1) and Richards (Military), as we have two Cole's and Richards' in Fear.
Now that June's page has been changed to June Dorie it's probably best to change the links on the seasons 4-6 survivors before they become broken links. Also, would it be a spoiler if I put the new Alexandrians in the S10 premiere in the order in which they appeared first?
Thanks, I got it. I'm not sure if I like what prompts these young people to leave the community but we don't know much yet so I'll give it a chance. Hopefully its good. I'm looking forward to seeing what a 9000+ person community looks like in the post apocalypse. Hope and Iris seem cool, I just hope it's not a dumb teen drama, lol.
Same, I hope the reason doesn't immediately make my eyes roll. It looks interesting though, I'll give it that, and it looks really good visually too. I'm interested to see how they've been able to live somewhat normal lives all this time while our main group's been struggling to survive ever since the start.
Did we include "member of the militia" for those who were in it in S7/S8? If so, then I don't see why not. There seems to be certain extras who are soldiers for the coalition, so the position exists, and I think we can include it for folks like Oscar, Gage, Margo, etc. bc they've clearly been training to be a soldier.
Hello. Now that we know what the Lucy from Alexandria looks like, should the Lucy in S10 have her page name changed to (Season 10) again and change the Alexandria one to (Season 6), or would you prefer to wait and see if the S10 Lucy is part of a community and change her title based on that?
Before making any changes, I thought I should ask if Gamma's page could be changed to Mary now. In Skybound's recap of the newest episode, they call Gamma "Mary", but I wanted to make sure if their word is enough to be considered official information before doing anything.
Hello. I saw that you added that Kyle appears in 10x03. I rewatched the scenes with the council and couldn't see him. Would you be able to point out where he is in the episode? Also, Alfred should probably be under the Highwaymen on the S9 survivors, as Margo's under it.
Yeah, always bad luck when it comes to large meeting scenes with extras. Like how half the church was excluded from the final version in 7x04. Happy to see he made it in tonight's council meeting scene.
Hello! So I've been wondering for a while, would it be alright if the "(Archive Footage)" stuff was just changed to "(Flashback)"? I mean, I understand what it means by archive footage, but I think flashback makes more sense.
I think they use "Archive Footage" to indicate that it was from a previous episode, instead of scene filmed for that episode as a flashback. I think being able to identify and notate the differences between the two is important. I get what you are saying though. Maybe we can change it to "Flashback" but note under trivia if it was archive footage?
Hello! Since Jen and Wayne are under miscellaneous survivors, shouldn't Miles and Hilde be under it as well? We first see them as random survivors in the woods, then they join Hilltop. Like how Jen and Wayne were first seen in the woods then joined Alexandria.
Yup, I suppose we can do that, tho I rather they be in their community sections. Otherwise wouldn’t all newbies be in miscellaneous sections like the Suttons, Marco, Nora, Brianna, etc ? But I’m indifferent with either way.
It seems promising for Bertie as she was credited for an episode in S10. With the back half and the war scenes, I’m hoping we see more of these minor characters. Great way to kill them off if for some reason the show doesn’t wana bring them back
Oh yeah, almost forgot she got upgraded in an episode she didn't even appear in lol.
Same here, characters like Marcus, Jonah, Alice, or Mrs. Robinson could appear for a scene or two and easily be among some casualties. It would be weird to never mention/have Marcus appear again since Scott is still around.
Unfortunately I don’t think any of them will ever return. Fortunately we have a couple extinction events coming up in 10B I feel like that will generate a lot of casualties as entire communities are attacked (I’m assuming)
Me and Jack will usually talk about who we feel the name (and what we know about that person) most accurately depicts. For Rosemary, we know she’s one of the S5 extras, with the candidates being Rachel, Elizabeth, Anne, and Deborah. We decided to go with Deborah bc most older folks are religious, Rosemary seems like an older person’s name, and seems so kind and motherly to give the priest fresh strawberries so we went with Deborah. She just looks like a Rosemary to us lol.
Bill, we wish it was a Hilltopper bc we could have given that name to Bill Herald but we felt the name and the guy complaining about his rash felt like an older man, and we wanted to give the name to a newer person aka a S9 extra so we decided to go with Jack Orrell since he’s an older man who would be likely to have a rash lol.
As for Andy and Donna, it was random, decided to choose those two. I pictured a younger couple, and we wanted to choose S10 extras bc we never heard of those names before so we figured they are newbies, so the two extras we chose are a good fit. And that boy extra, it just felt right as in the young age and sounds typical of a young child to just “not feel good”.
It’s a case by case basis and Jack and I just propose different candidates for a name until we come to an agreement on what feels right lol.
That's actually pretty interesting, and makes sense. I'd say the extras you guys picked sound pretty accurate to what the characters would seem like. What made you assume the extras you chose for Brandon's biological parents and adoptive father?
Jack randomly chose his parents, we knew they died in the war and they seem like the right age to be his parents so we just went with it. Wanted to do 815/816 extras who died in the final battle.
As for his adoptive father, again we wanted a more recent extra and so we went with a s8/9 middle aged man who would be likely to adopt a kid, and Jon Arthur just seemed like the best candidate. Not too old, not too young. Wasn’t that many s8/9 men to choose from but he seemed like a great fit and he was in s10 so it works out.
It was based on dialogue in his final episode, when they were in the woods. Said that “Rick killed our parents and dragged us (the kids) to Alexandria” and then talks about his dad in Alexandria, and we know other kids were brought to Alexandria like Alice and I guess Marcus.
Huh, didn't know he was meaning his adoptive father. You learn something new everyday I suppose lol. Oh yeah, how come you removed Dante on your S9 survivors page? He was around in the events of S9 after all.
Well if he's the adopted son of Marcus, then it must mean he was a Sanctuary orphan too like Alice and Brandon were adopted. Tbh, I wish they didn't make Scott the father of Marcus, it just opened the door to a mess, ha.
I was thinking the same thing... it's possible. I mean, I don't want to get into this and idk much about genetics but is it possible for a blonde woman and an African American man to have a fair-skinned red-haired child?
Yeah, it made the most sense. Alexandria had an influx of children following the war (as we saw in the flashback in 914). So it can be assumed, Jonah, Alice, Marcus, and Brandon were all orphans brought in by Rick who were adopted by Alexandrians in between 816 and 901. This also explains why Frankie wasn't seen at the Sanctuary in 901, as she likely moved to Alexandria when she adopted Alice.
Furthermore, despite children being seen at the Sanctuary in 901, it can be assumed those children still had parents who were alive, as extra Josh Turner and his daughter Kaylie were both confirmed to be still living at the Sanctuary during the events of the of 901.
Makes sense, good call. I'd say that Jonah was a resident of the Sanctuary. His skin would be darker if he was part African-American. It would also make sense in the timeline of when those flashbacks took place for him to have been a former Sanctuary resident.
I've decided to go with 815 extras who I felt best represented a father or mother. Since I could not find any satisfactory candidates to be mothers to Alice or Marcus, I decided that the mothers of those kids died before they and their surviving fathers joined the Saviors.
No problem, I understand that. Also, I was rewatching S8 earlier and I noticed that after Morgan kills Gomez and Carol kills another Savior in "Honor", Morgan puts a Savior down before he can turn and then walks over to Gomez and an unnamed Savior's body. The episode then cuts to Ezekiel and Gavin though. Would it be alright to have Gomez's page say he was put down by Morgan regardless?
Hey, so I wondering that since unnamed, credited Whisperers are under killed victims lists with the name they were credited as, would that be okay in the case with Saviors? Like the POWs Rick and Morgan killed, as an example. I was also thinking of grouping occupations together on a character's page if they relate to the same thing. Like on Michonne's, we can just group up her being the leader, head of security, and councilmember for Alexandria instead of them being listed at once. I think it looks better.
Yes, I've always preferred that when it came to listing out the names in Killed Victims lists. If a Savior has a page and a credited name, we can use that instead of grouping them with "X amount of unnamed Saviors".
For the occupation thing, I'm not sure what you mean. Are you referring to like typing out Leader, Head of Security, and Councilmember all on the same line as opposed to listing it out for each occupation?
So on Dianne's page, would you prefer to have the Saviors under her killed victims list to be called "Savior Satellite Guard" to be more specific or just "Satellite Guard" since that's what they were credited as?
Going on that, I was thinking of the POWs Rick and Morgan killed to be called "Savior POW" instead of what they were actually credited as, since the former sounds better.
Hey, so I remember seeing Noah's casting call and it said that he's 17. Do you think that'd be fine to add? We already know he's in his late teens so it wouldn't contradict anything. Like Molly being from Texas.
As trivia it is unnecessary. If we put stuff like that as trivia nearly all the kids from Ericson's would have that, since a lot of their ages have been said to be different ages from different developers.
I think it's been settled mostly as of now. If it continues I'll ask an admin to temporarily lock the page and give them a source so they can put it in their edit summary. Also, the idea isn't actually a bad one, I just don't want users putting stuff like "[Character's] age has been debated on" or something along those lines on other pages.
