  • Hello again,

Please don't undo my Daryl edits again. The first part wasn't accurate - Daryl didn't ask if he's ready to talk about Carol, he asked if he's gonna ask about Carol and Ezekiel replied "nah". My edit is fixing a mistake in the information. And the second part is edited to match what we agreed upon for the Connie text.

    Thank you.

  • Hello,

Can you clarify what you mean with "Connie then looks on with sadness after experiencing a sad memory."? We saw her face change to that of fear, concern, or something along those lines, but as far as I know we have nothing confirming she was sad and thinking of a sad memory?

    • I think "says" is a more neutral word. I didn't see it as a "confession" since a confession is more of an admittance of guilt, which doesn't seem at all related to the situation.

    • Ok, says works.

  • Can you pelase stop undoing correct clarifications in the text? She grabbed his hand to thank him. Fact.

She claimed she consideres him family. Fact.

I honestly don't see what your issue with the edits are when they're 100% factual.

I get your point but please don’t call this user a shipper. I’ve seen your other posts and they come off as passive aggressive or borderline hostile. I can’t approve of that.

That being said it’s important to get the facts across without bias or conjecture. While I understand that what you propose we write is also correct, I’m not denying that, I am denying that Manhattaman was wrong.

Both of you are write. You’re essentially saying the same things. I personally don’t see the shipping undertones in Manhattaman’s edits.

I think ultimately what either of you two say on the page is interchangeable. But that’s just my thoughts.

Contacting you on Discord about the first part. :)

As for the rest, not sure where that truly leaves us, lol. I made what I consider to be clarifications in the text. The other user was undoing my edits, and you say were both correct, lol. I'm not putting my edits back in though, beucase I know if I did it would be undone again. I ain't about that life. lol.

      Hi KeepOnKeepingOn,

Thank you for the input. While I disagree because it's been added in that specific way by a shipper to make it more "shippy", I appreciate your answer. May I ask if the following would be an acceptable edit instead since it shows less implications of shipping? "Connie laughs at the story and grabs Daryl's hand."

Also, the second edit issue is:

The other user: "She confesses she considers him family too and smiles to herself as he leaves."

Me: "She then claims she considers him family too."

      I see two options here:

      1. "She then claims she considers him family too. Connie smiles as Daryl drives off, but the second he's out of view her face changes to one of fear or concern." (I use fear or concern becuse people have interpeted it differently, personally though I think this whole part is unecessary and that the beow is better:)

or 2, simply leave it at: "She then claims she considers him family too before he takes off on his bike."

If you want my honest opinion, you're going to hard in the other direction, that is trying to scrub out anything that could even remotely hint at them being attracted to each other. I understand you want to avoid shipping bias (we all do), but omitting certain things to avoid it is not the way to go. I already said what I would change the first part to, but as for the second, I really see no issue with Manhattanman's edit.

  • Hello,

regarding Yumiko and the situation at the Hilltop Colony:

    https://ew.com/tv/2019/10/27/walking-dead-1004-silence-the-whisperers-angela-kang/

"Who’s running Hilltop at this point? Who’s in charge? There’s not really one person in charge. They have got an interim council. Yumiko certainly is very involved and has stepped up from that group’s side. People like Alden and Earl, who are long-timers there, they weigh in, and then there’s also the Kingdom contingent, and so Ezekiel and Jerry are certainly an important part of that group, but really there’s not one leader. And that’s one of the things that I think is challenging at times. You have a big event like this happen, and you feel like, okay, wow, like there are some people who need to step up and make things happen now."

  • Decomposite Characters do not a counterpart make.

Don’t roll your eyes at us just because aspects of one character apply to multiple characters.

    • I did add under her trivia her similar storylines with Sherry and Morton as I feel that will suit what we are looking to highlight on Margo's page.

        Loading editor
    • Ok, I guess that's better. Both characters are very similar to their roles and name. That's why I make them counterparts in the first place. Kang said they adapted that scene from the comics too, so. Glad everything worked out. Happy Halloween.

  • Do you seriously need permission to replace photos? Or were you just being sarcastic?

Either way replacing photos with better quality versionsnin the file info is much better than creating duplicates of already existing photos (SlapOnMeNow fails to see this), which I noticed you did with my pics on the injured Woman page. Replacing the pics is just more efficient 🤷🏾‍♂️

    • I replaced your pictures with new ones. I didn't override them, chill.

        Loading editor
    • I’m not mad, I’m saying that replacing the images (“overriding them”) is better than creating new ones that are the same (just higher quality). No need for the “chill” stuff, I’m giving you a heads up so you can edit in a better way.

This is a wikia, not a personal site, nobody owns the pictures on here lol

    • Is cool man. I know overriding is better than uploading new images but sometimes you gotta respect the images an user updates. Hope everything is cool. Have a nice night.

  • The trivia section on her page is not needed because the page title reflects her credited name. Someone like the Male Whisperer from last night would have the trivia section because his page title is not his credited name.

Try to call He or She not to say name calling Janis or Tom thanks, because that's the past tense, on each one pages.

    • First, I barely understand you. Second, I only changed the noun from he to Tom so it looks cleaner. You are the one complaining and you keep writing the he with capitals when you don't need to.
