This was the house of Michonne's neighbor prior to the apocalypse. The neighbor was a young man who was an avid sword collector and Michonne swears that this neighbor killed her pet using one his swords.
Post-Apocalypse[]

That night, Michonne searches the neighbor's house for supplies, finding her trademark sword. She becomes pinned down in the house during the night.
