Mike is a character first encountered in Issue 19 of Image Comics' The Walking Dead and a main character in the Michonne Special. He is the boyfriend of Michonne and best friend of Terry. He is only seen in the Michonne Special and appears in Issue 19 as a zombie.
Pre-Apocalypse

Almost nothing is known about Mike's life before or as the outbreak began, apart from being Michonne's boyfriend and the best friend of Terry.
Post-Apocalypse
Michonne Special
Mike and his best friend, Terry, stayed in a small house and later met up with Michonne. When a zombie attempted to force it's way through the door, Mike was bitten. He later died and reanimated, biting Terry as well, causing him to reanimate as well. Michonne discovered them, cutting off their arms and jaws, and chaining them. She used them as protection from other zombies, their scent camouflaging her.
Safety Behind Bars
After Michonne saved Otis' life, she gained entry into the prison, only if she handed over her katana and killed her two pet zombies, Terry and Mike, so Michonne decapitated them both.

While trying to secure his house, Mike is bitten by a walker. Eventually, he succumbs to the infection and reanimates.

Relationships
Michonne
Michonne and Mike were boyfriend and girlfriend. Since Michonne chose to talk to him after he was dead to help her cope with her situation, it can be inferred they had a stable relationship and cared for each other. After the apocalypse began, Michonne joined Rick's group at the prison, and started to talk to Mike in her head.
Terry
Mike and Terry were best friends, which states that they had a good relationship.
