Mila is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead: Dead City. She is the wife of Christos, the leader of a gang operating in Manhattan.

As Negan attempts to recruit Christos and his group for the war against the New Babylon Federation, Christos' twin daughters suddenly enter the room and run up to him while speaking in Dutch. The fearsome gang leader's demeanor softens as they talk and Negan spots women and children, including a baby, in a back room where the girls came from. Christos calls Mila to take their daughters back into the other room. The husband and wife pair exchange a few words before Mila leaves the room with their daughters.
Following the murders of Christos and the majority of the men, and the New Babylon Federation army's invasion of Lower Manhattan, the fates of Mila and her group remain unknown.
