"The Gathering"[]
Before going on a supply run with Gus Strunk, Lilly Caul, Austin Ballard and David and Barbara Stern, Martínez brings the truck to a stop and rolls down his window to call out to two gunners perched on a cherry picker, which is pushed up against the corner of the wall. Martínez asks Miller to keep the wall clear of biters so they can get a clear entryway back into the town. Miller tells him he will do but Martínez sighs and knows he won't follow the orders.
The Fall of the Governor - Part Two[]
"Battlefield"[]
Later, while the Governor is recovering from his mutilation, Lilly acts as the town's de-facto leader and holds a small meeting in the courthouse. Outside a loud crash and screams are heard and the group rushes out to find part of the wall collapsed and presumably Miller being devoured by three walkers while his drinking buddies scatter and zombies enter through the gap.
