When Negan is showing Carl Grimes around the Saviors' base, they encounter another Savior. He welcomes Negan back and tells him that Molly still has a cough. He then asks what kind of medicine he received, and Negan tells him that they got all kinds of good things, and that he can take a look at them tomorrow.
