Morgan witnesses Michonne Hawthorne knock down Rick Grimes. Soon afterwards, Rick explodes for unknown reasons.
Three weeks later, aliens have invaded earth and have taken enslaved and killed multiple humans. Morgan is nowhere to be seen and is not mentioned, leaving his fate unknown.
