Mr. Kapadia is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead: World Beyond. He is a teacher at the Campus Colony of Omaha, one of three cities part of the Alliance of the Three.

At some point in the apocalypse, Mr. Kapadia joined a community called the Campus Colony.
Season 1
"Brave"
Mr. Kapadia is giving a lecture in his class about the Monument Day holiday when he calls upon Elton to see what he thinks of Feast Day. He admires Elton's reply and continues leading the Monument Day discussion with his class.
Less than two days later, Mr. Kapadia is among the Campus Colony residents murdered in the massacre carried out by the Civic Republic Military.
