Nothing is known about Mrs. Twomey's life prior to or as the outbreak began, except that she was married and had a daughter named Erin.
Mrs. Twomey and her daughter are present at the front gate with the other townspeople when the Black Hat Natives arrive to move onto the ranch. At night, Mrs. Twomey is in her camper with her daughter when Cooper and Klah knock on the door, asking for any weapons being stored inside.
Mrs. Twomey is in line with Erin waiting for water from the main well when Ofelia offers Erin a glass of water, to which she knocks it to the ground. Mrs. Twomey brings an upset Erin closer to her and tells her that "it will be okay, sweetie".
The next day, Mrs. Twomey and her daughter are talking to Alica at the well when a fight breaks out. As Nick makes a stand and refuses to back down from the well, Erin joins Nick in his stand, followed by her mother and Blake. Mrs. Twomey and the other ranchers refuse to back down from the well and successfully drive the Natives away. As the crowd disperses, Mrs. Twomey continues to hold her child out of concern.
While her daughter Erin is alone but safe in the underground pantry, Mrs. Twomey is no where to be seen, suggesting she was one of the many people killed when the horde of zombies broke through the RV wall.
