This National Guardsman is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. He is a soldier of the U.S. Military.

The soldier is greeted by the Governor, who informs the convoy that he has recovered Lieutenant Welles. This guardsman then witnesses the squad leader being shot by the Governor.
