This Unnamed National Guardsman is seen surviving with a group of other Military soldiers along a National Guard military convoy. He appears in the Season 3 episode, "Walk With Me".

Hardly anything was known about the National Guardsman's life before the outbreak apart from that he was a soldier in the U.S. Military as well as National Guard and may have trained at Fort Benning.
Post-Apocalpyse

This National Guardsman was seen with a group of soldiers being approached by The Governor of Woodbury. The soldier is greeted by The Governor, who informed the convoy that he had recovered Lieutenant Welles. This guardsman then witnessed the Squad Leader being shot by The Governor. After the Corporal's murder, he had no time to react as they were ambushed by the Woodbury soldiers.
