This man is one of the many neighbors who listens on to Lieutenant Moyers' announcement as he waits for supplies from the National Guard. He questions Moyers about what happened to the people living outside of the safe-zone and whether he and his neighbors would be moved away as well.
As the city of Los Angeles quickly fell to the undead, this man's fate remains unclear. It is unknown whether he was able to survive the outbreak or was killed and/or turned into a zombie.
