Nia is a survivor of the outbreak who appears in The Walking Dead: All-Stars.
Pre-Apocalypse[]

Before the outbreak, Nia was aimless and didn't know what she wanted to do with her life. She eventually found a job as a pharmaceutical assistant. One day when talking to her boss, Vince, she discusses her concerns over her life's trajectory. Vince told her to focus on the good stuff around her, something she took to heart and began to do. At some point she met Roman and they both fell in love and got married.
Post-Apocalypse[]
Roman died at some point before Nia was found by The Hunting Club.
Survival Records - People From The Outskirts[]
Sebastian and Diego go to scavenge for supplies when they come across Nia. She tells them about how she's set to meet someone from a nearby community to join them and that the duo are more than welcome to join her. The three of them reach where they have to go and meet Eric. Diego tells him how they have a much larger group nearby and that he'd love for him and his group to join Asyl, which they all end up doing.

When the apocalypse occurred, she was found by Diego and Sebastian and joined their group and started seeing them as family.

Denise & Nia - Over-The-Counter Therapy[]
Denise takes stock of the Alexandria Safe-Zone medical inventory and notices that they need more. She heads over to The Hunting Club's Pharmacy where she meets Nia. Noticing how specific some of the supplies Denise needs are, she asks her if she's a doctor. The two share their stories as medic, with Denise telling her about a new patient she just got that got hurt during a construction job. She says that he'll be fine but that he may end up with facial paralysis if his wound gets infected, which is why she's asking for those specific supplies and medicines. Nia gives it to her and wishes her luck on helping the man.
