Noah's mother is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. She is the mother of Noah.
Pre-Apocalypse
Richmond, Virginia, United States
Nothing is known about Noah's mother's life prior to or as the outbreak began, except that she and her family had lived in Shirewilt Estates, a walled-in neighborhood within Richmond, Virginia.
Post-Apocalypse
Season 5
Sometime before Noah returned home, his entire family was killed by the Wolves, including his mother.
"What Happened and What's Going On"
After finding his dead mother, Noah falls to her side and apologizes profusely as Tyreese Williams sets off to investigate a sound he heard from a bedroom. In the bedroom, he comes across the disembowled corpse of Noah's mother before he becomes distracted by photos on the wall of Noah's other brothers and gets bitten by one of them in surprise. Noah hurries into the room and kills the walker before frantically telling Tyreese that he will go get the others.

At some point following Noah's departure from Shirewilt Estates and his return, his mother was slaughtered along with the rest of his family and community members by a hostile group of survivors known as the Wolves.
