Ontario is a location that appears in The Walking Dead: All-Stars.
Pre-Apocalypse[]
Ontario was one of 10 provinces in Canada. Established on July 1, 1867, Ontario was the location of the capital city, Ottawa as well as being home to Niagara falls among other land marks.
Post-Apocalypse[]
All-Stars[]
During the onset, Zoey, Leo, and Owen were station in Toronto, but the city quickly fell to the dead. The three of them tried to make to Long Point National Wildlife Area where they hoped to find Zoey's uncle and his motorboat. They found his motorboat, but no signs of her uncle. They left the area; however, at some point Owen was bit and needed to be put down. Zoey did it, and this is something Leo never forgave her for. Eventually they both reached Asyl and became members of the community, with Zoey becoming a supply runner and guard for them and met Eric in the process.
Much later into the apocalypse a group of former cannibals have turned an abandoned racetrack into their safe-zone. Eventually they were able to connect with a nearby community and start trading with them.
Television Universe[]
Whilst it's unclear what happened to Ontario following the 2010 outbreak, given what Valery Vashchenko said whilst onboard the ISS, it's likely Ontario was overrun alongside the rest of the country before its major cities were presumably bombed in accordance with Canada's equivalent of Operation Cobalt.
