At some point in the apocalypse, this farm was growing poppies and producing opium for their unofficial partner, the Commonwealth.
Season 11
"Rogue Element"
Carol accompanies Lance Hornsby to the drug farm to conduct business. Lance explains to Carol that the farm is not an official partner with the Commonwealth but they provide poppies to produce opium painkillers for the hospital system. The farm is run by a man named Moto who claims that his staff of workers are on strike and refusing to work without a pay increase. Ultimately it is discovered that Moto has been abusing his staff, including his two lieutenants, and is taken into custody by the Commonwealth Army at Lance's command. The farm is left in the hands of the two lieutenants who resume operations under new leadership.
