Paul is a character first encountered in Here's Negan of Image Comics' The Walking Dead.
Pre-Apocalypse
Virginia
Not much is known about Paul's life before the outbreak except for that he was living in or near Virginia.
Post-Apocalypse
Here's Negan
"Part 8"
Paul along with his group stumble across Negan on a road. After a brief standoff, he allows Negan too join the group. They survive for several months. At one point, Paul asks Negan if he lost someone, which Negan denies. Paul later eats with the other around a campfire. Like the others, he fails to notice the walkers surrounding the group.
"Part 9"
Paul is killed by roamers alongside the rest of his group. Before Negan leaves, he takes Paul's baseball bat, which he would eventually name Lucille after his wife.
