Paul Haslinger is the score composer for AMC's Fear the Walking Dead. He is also known for his work on another AMC hit show, Halt and Catch Fire, and has also scored the music for Resident Evil: The Final Chapter, as well as countless of other films and video games. Haslinger composed the score for Fear the Walking Dead from Season 1 to Season 3. Since Season 4, he was replaced by composers Danny Bensi and Saunder Jurriaans.

Biography[]

Haslinger was born and raised in Linz, Austria. He attended high school at Kollegium Aloisianum, a Jesuit school near Linz. After graduating, he decided to pursue music professionally and studied at both the Vienna's Academy of Music and the University of Vienna. During this time he developed a career as a session player in Vienna and performed with local bands and artists.
