Pete is a survivor of the outbreak in Image Comics' The Walking Dead. He is a resident of Oceanside.
Overview[]
Pete is a kind hearted man who tries to see the positive side of this new sadistic world where he takes it upon himself to help people in need, for example, preventing Michonne from committing suicide. Pete also prefers to talk things through, and only resorts to fighting as a final option.
Pre-Apocalypse[]
Chesapeake Bay, Virginia[]
Not much is known about Pete's life prior to or as the outbreak began. However, it can be presumed that Pete was a fisherman in the Chesapeake Bay region for most of his life and possibly also owned The Companion before the apocalypse.

Main article: Pete (Telltale)
Life and Death[]
Pete is on the same boat as Michonne Hawthorne and the fishing crew. Rick Grimes asks him about the fishing, and he comments about how the amount of fish is getting bigger despite humanity who has died over the years.
Leaving Oceanside, he attends the fair and eventually comes across Ezekiel and Earl. He puts Ezekiel into good spirits after mentioning to him that Michonne still has feelings for him, albeit forcefully withdrawn. He encourages him to go win her back and Ezekiel, full of gratitude, hugs the man before running off in search of Michonne.
The Whisperer War[]
Pete meets with Siddiq who is sent over to recruit fighters for the war. Pete says dying is not a priority for him, and that he feels sympathetic but denies him as they cannot spare any members. Pete tells Siddiq to be safe and join back with the crew after the war is over as they could use him.

Pete is not seen or mentioned in the 25 year time-skip, leaving his fate unknown.
