Peter Dawson is a character in AMC's Fear The Walking Dead. He is the neighbor of the Clarks.
Pre-Apocalypse
El Sereno, Los Angeles, California
Not much is known about Peter's life before the apocalypse except that he was neighbors with the Clark, Cruz, Tran, Ramirez and Thompson families in the suburban El Sereno community of Los Angeles.
Post-Apocalypse
Season 1
"So Close, Yet So Far"
As Travis drops Madison and Nick off at their home, Peter can be seen loading up his car with supplies. Despite being sick with the flu, Peter gives Travis and Madison a wave.
Later that night, Madison and Alicia witness a zombified Peter attacking their neighbor, Joanna Cruz.
"The Dog"
As Madison, Nick, and Alicia enter the Tran's home, they watch from a curtain an unknown stranger entering their house, killing the Cruz family dog that had wandered inside earlier. As Travis returns from downtown with his family and the Salazars, they enter to find the mysterious figure is their neighbor, Peter. An undead Peter attempts to attack them but is killed by Daniel with the shotgun they found in the Trans' house. The next morning, Travis wraps Peter's body in a rug and drags him into the backyard, burying him and discarding the bloody rug in the trash.

During the day, Peter seems to be sick of the flu. At some point, he succumbs to the infection and reanimates.
- Daniel Salazar (Zombified)
As a zombified Peter is attacking Travis, Daniel enters the room with the Tran's shotgun, and shoots him in the face, blowing most of it. Daniel takes a step closer and shoots Peter again at point blank, blowing his head off.
