This man is an antagonist and a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's Fear the Walking Dead. He is a member of Connor's Pirates.

"Captive"[]
This pirate is seen on the docks with Connor and another pirate, holding Travis captive. After Connor makes a deal with Madison, that she will see Alicia when he sees that Reed is alright, Madison hands over Reed to Connor. However, unbeknownst to him, Reed is undead, and Connor ends up getting bitten. After biting Connor, he moves on to the other pirate and bites him in the neck area, killing him, before turning onto the other.

Daniel comes up with the idea to use the zombified Reed to get Travis back. After Madison hands over the undead Reed to Connor and the pirates, this pirate attacks Travis in retalitation; however, both Madison and Travis are able to subdue him and knock him out as a zombified Reed begins to advance towards him. He may have been put down later.
