Proctor Eleven (real name unknown) is an antagonist and a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's Fear The Walking Dead. He is one of the many Proctors at El Bazar.
Pre-Apocalypse
Mexican-American Borders
Not much is known about Proctor Eleven's life before outbreak began, except that he is a gangster member of the Proctors, and probably lived in the southwestern U.S. borderlands.
Post-Apocalypse

"Things Bad Begun"
Proctor Eleven is among the gang members to assault the Gonzalez Dam.
"Sleigh Ride"
Proctor Eleven and two other men encounter an injured Daniel Salazar in a stairwell and proceed to mock him. However, Daniel surprises the men as he pulls out a handgun and shoots the three Proctors dead.
