"Proctor Eleven" (real name unknown) is an antagonist and a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's Fear The Walking Dead. He is one of the many Proctors at El Bazar.

Proctor Eleven and two other men encounter an injured Daniel Salazar in a stairwell and proceed to mock him. However, Daniel surprises the men as he pulls out a handgun and shoots the three Proctors dead.
