"Proctor Nine" (real name unknown) is an antagonist and a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's Fear The Walking Dead. He is a member of the Proctors at El Bazar.

Nothing is known about Proctor Nine's life prior to or as outbreak began. He was presumably a member of a biker gang known as "the Proctors".

Proctor Nine is among the gang members to prepare their vehicles for the journey to the Gonzalez Dam in Tijuana. He is questioned by Troy Otto, who is trying to investigate what the Proctors are up to. Later, Proctor Nine is among the Proctors to attack the dam.
"Sleigh Ride"
Proctor Nine is seen with Proctor John, when he shoots Lola dead and discovers Strand trying to smuggle Madison and Nick. Proctor Nine recognizes Nick from the trading post and recalls that he was with another man. John decides to kill Nick, who he deems untrustworthy, and must therefore also kill Madison and Alicia, knowing they'll seek revenge for Nick's murder.
