"Proctor Nineteen" (real name unknown) is an antagonist and a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's Fear the Walking Dead. He is a high-ranking member of the Proctors at El Bazar.
Pre-Apocalypse[]
Southern California[]
Nothing is known about Proctor Nine's life prior to or as the outbreak began. He was presumably a prominent member of a biker gang known as "the Proctors".
Post-Apocalypse[]
Season 3[]
"The Diviner"[]
Proctor Nineteen and another Proctor proceed to arrest Strand for failing to pay off his debt when they are attacked by Madison and Qaletaqa. The next day, he finds Qaletaqa in the market and forces him to reveal Strand's hiding spot. Strand is taken by Proctor Nineteen to a holding area where other debtors are awaiting their work duties. When Madison approaches him regarding Strand, Proctor Nineteen explains where the debtors are sent off to. The next day, just as Strand is about to be overrun by zombies, Proctor Nineteen and another Proctor shoot down the zombies and release Strand to Madison, who paid off his debt.
"El Matadero"[]
At night, Proctor Nineteen is in his quarters with the other proctors as Strand attempts to sneak into Proctor John's chamber. Proctor Nineteen and the other men surround Strand and interrogate him, and he tells them that he has something that Proctor John might want.
"Things Bad Begun"[]
Proctor Nineteen is among the armed soldiers to attack the Gonzalez Dam and is surprised by the resistance put up by the guards. He questions Strand about the readiness of the dam's security forces and later appears on the dock as Proctor John and the rest of his men arrive. He informs John that a dozen men have died but the situation is under their control.
"Sleigh Ride"[]
Proctor Nineteen accompanies John and two others as they witness Lola attack several of the Proctors and watch Lola get shot twice and killed. Later, he surrounds Nick and his family as the Proctors prepare to execute them. Before he can seize the denotator from Nick, he is sniped and killed by Lee.
Season 4[]
"Another Day in the Diamond"[]
Nick thinks back to the dam explosion, remembering Proctor Nineteen being killed.
