Qingwei is a character in The Walking Dead: Typhoon. He is the head engineer for the Beacon.

Nothing is known about Qingwei before the apocalypse.
Post-Apocalypse
Typhoon
At some point Qingwei became the head engineer at the Beacon of Light.
Qingwei is one of twelve engineers from the treatment plant and ninety-two men overall who Hengyen leads to stop the Typhoon. Hengyen asks him if he noticed any unexpected difficulties while they passed under the bridge on the way here to which Qingwei comments on the distance and number of jiāngshī around but as long as the wind runners are watching his back it shouldn't be a problem. He voices his concern for Hengyen's team travelling at night.
