Nothing is known about Ramon's life prior to or as the outbreak began, except that he lived in Valle de Guadalupe with his father.

Season 2

"Shiva"

Ramon is living in his house in Valle de Guadalupe with his father. After a delusional Chris flees the Abigail estate, he invades Ramon's home and takes him hostage. In attempt to keep his son safe, Javier tries to get Travis to leave his home as soon as possible. However, Travis suspects something is wrong and barges into the bedroom after seeing movement under the door, revealing a captive Ramon. Fortunately, Ramon is freed and remains behind in his home with his father.
