This article is about the Telltale Series character. You may be looking for his Road to Survival counterpart. For other pages with the same name, see: Randall

This is the world your kids are dying in, Michonne. Or died in. Or are in that walkin' purgatory. (…) Either way, they're sufferin'. And mommy isn't there. We all have our demons, honey. Some are on the inside. Some are sitting right in front of us. Wondering what kind of mother brings a child in this mess of a world. Ain't no blue skies for them anymore.
―Randall to Michonne about unleashing her demons and his possible final words. (Determinant)[src]

Randall is a main character and an antagonist, as well as a survivor of the outbreak in Telltale's The Walking Dead: Michonne. He is Norma's snide and ruthless brother who is a scout for the floating survivors community, Monroe. He served as the secondary antagonist of the game.

Randall is best described as a barbaric, heartless, snobbish, and callous man who will often make sarcastic and mocking personal comments towards his enemies. For example, he makes fun of Zachary's homosexuality when he forces him to shoot Samantha and Greg. In another instance, Randall teases Samantha and her brothers about their father's death. Throughout the game, he goes from hostile to showing signs of being an outright sociopath. He seems completely unfazed by the concept of being killed, and even pushed Michonne towards killing him.

He is also shown to be sadistic, as he admits to Michonne that he would've enjoyed smashing in Alex and James' brains in. He has been shown to be utterly ruthless and brutal, even towards his own people. He has no problems beating and torturing, and eventually executing people, including children. Despite that, he does appear to care about Monroe.

Location Unknown[]

Little is known about Randall's life prior to or as the outbreak began, except that he has a sister named Norma and that he was abused by his father.

During the time between the outbreak and the arrival of Michonne, Randall and his sister got together and founded a floating survivor colony called Monroe.

"In Too Deep"[]

Randall first appears inside The Mobjack, where he discovers and captures runaways Samantha and Greg as well as Michonne and Pete. He takes them all captive and brings them to Monroe. On the way he reveals he is second-in-command of the community, and the leader is his sister. He locks Sam and Michonne in a room below deck on one of the ships. He later returns to collect Michonne and take her to Norma. If Michonne and Sam resist, Randall overpowers them, stunning Michonne with a blow to the stomach and knocking Sam unconscious. (Determinant)

Whilst Michonne is being questioned by Norma, Randall points a gun at Greg's head, accusing one of the two of lying. Frustrated with Greg, he strikes him, threatening another assault until Norma commands him to stop. If Michonne lies or is rude to him, he heavily beats her before Norma talks him down, stating he went too far. (Determinant) He leaves, disgruntled, and returns with Pete a while later.

He takes Sam and Michonne to Jonas's quarters, where he instructs Jonas's boyfriend Zachary to interrogate the two. After Zachary's hesitation, he becomes increasingly agitated, ordering Zachary to take action. Zachary does so, reluctantly shooting Greg in the abdomen. Disgusted, Randall takes Zachary out of the room.

"Give No Shelter"[]

Randall is shown when Michonne and Samantha free Pete. Michonne can choose to attack Randall, and if she does, the pair engage in a lengthy fight, battling over Randall's rifle until Michonne eventually succeeds in knocking him unconscious. Alternatively, Michonne fights and defeats Norma instead, causing Sam to briefly fight Randall, gaining an edge when she hits him with a canister, enabling Michonne to detain him with a blow to the head. (Determinant) With Randall and Norma detained, the prisoners flee.

Shortly after, Randall recovers enough and orders the group to search for the trio when they escape. He notices Michonne, Pete (Determinant) and Sam fleeing in a boat. Randall gives chase, catching up to them as they climb up a broken electrical tower. He starts shooting at them, one bullet hitting Sam in the shoulder, but they make it to the top, much to Randall's frustration.

Randall searches for them with a small section of the group, eventually finding them at a barricaded mansion. He finds Michonne talking to a man called John outside, before quickly shooting the man in the head, killing him instantly. Seeing Michonne flee, he raids the place with his group, searching for her. His assailants are confronted by Pete (Determinant) and Michonne, being promptly killed.

Randall searches the garage, being confronted by Paige. They wrestle briefly over his rifle though he succeeds in overpowering her, striking her in the face with the butt of his rifle. He turns to find Michonne slashing at him with her machete, swiftly knocking it from her hand with his rifle. As he goes to strike, he is grappled by Pete (Determinant). Struggling to break free, he is heavily beaten by Michonne though he manages to break free, head butting Pete then tackling Michonne. The pair eventually end up on their feet, Randall succeeding in dislocating Michonne's shoulder. However, Michonne shoves him off and proceeds to heavily beat his face in to a vice, disorienting him.

She and a recovered Paige and Pete then crush his fingers in a vice. She questions him about Norma and Pete (Determinant). The interrogation results in Norma learning of their location due to Michonne using Randall's radio. Randall taunts Michonne, leading the women to berate or torture him further. (Determinant)

Sam comes in with James and Michonne tells her what happened to her father. She says that if Michonne doesn't kill him, she will. She and James exit and Randall begins to taunt Michonne. She can then choose to kill him or spare him to bargain with Norma. (Determinant)

In-Game Decision[]

Michonne Spares Randall (Alive): If Michonne spares Randall, he will live in this episode.

Michonne Kills Randall (Undead): If Michonne kills Randall, he will die and reanimate.

"What We Deserve"[]

Randall appears either alive or a as a walker, depending on his fate in the previous episode. If Randall was left alive, Sam comes in and kicks him repeatedly in the ribs. Michonne can restrain her or allow her to continue her assault. Randall then taunts and berates Michonne about what she did at Monroe, and continues to threaten the group with violence once he is released. Either Norma or Pete contact Michonne on Randall's radio, explaining to her that the rest of Pete's crew has been captured, and offers Michonne a trade: Randall for Pete's crew. Randall has his hands bound, and a brown bag tied over his head to hide his face when Norma arrives. Michonne is able to interact with Randall a short time later, briefly talking to him, and given an option to punch him. If Randall was killed in the previous episode, the group discusses what to do once Norma finds out about his death. Either Norma or Pete contact Michonne on Randall's radio, explaining to her that the rest of Pete's crew has been captured, and offers Michonne a trade: Randall for Pete's crew. As they discuss plans, Randall suddenly reanimates as a walker. Taking advantage of his zombification, Paige binds his hands behind his back and ties a brown bag over his head, hoping to fool Norma by convincing her that Randall is still alive. The undead Randall is then left tied to a chair until Norma arrives.

Norma appears outside the house a few hours later. Randall is escorted outside of the house while Michonne proceeds to speak to Norma personally. She briefly talks to Michonne, lamenting about the destruction of Monroe. Norma goes on to claim that she is done fighting, and simply wants Randall back. Michonne can either trust Norma at her word, or remain suspicious of her motives. As a show of good faith, she frees a captive Pete, or fires a flare to signal her people to bring out the rest of Pete's crew. Unfortunately, the flare also happens to attract the attention of a nearby group of walkers.

The two parties attempt to negotiate with one another, despite the protest of Jonas and/or Gabby, still angry over what happened at Monroe. Negotiations continue, but begin to escalate when Norma pulls a gun on Oak, threatening to shoot him if Michonne refuses to hand over Randall. Michonne can choose to call Norma's bluff, or shoot Randall in the leg to intimidate her. Either way, Norma will lower her gun. The situation further destabilizes as either Jonas or Gabby decide to take matters into their own hands, executing Berto, despite Norma's attempts to stop them. The two groups proceed to take aim at one another, prompting a standoff. Norma attempts to defuse the situation, telling her people to lower their guns. Jonas/Gabby refuse to listen, and attempt to shoot Michonne, and are promptly killed in retaliation by Pete. Norma continues to be diplomatic, claiming Jonas/Gabby's death as compensation for Berto. At this point, Michonne is finally given the option to go through with the trade and hand over Randall, or continue to bargain with Norma.

Randall is alive, Michonne makes the trade: Michonne will agree to hand over Randall, although a suspicious Norma asks her to remove the bag from his head. Michonne can either comply or refuse. Regardless of the choice, Randall is released to Norma, who in turn releases Oak and Siddiq, who take cover behind the gate. The walkers, attracted by the flare and gunshots earlier, finally converge on the two parties. The two groups proceed to pick off walkers as Norma cuts Randall loose. However, once he is freed, Randall takes advantage of the distraction and charges at Michonne, tackling her to the ground. Randall attempts to strangle Michonne, who struggles to grab her gun. Depending on the player's actions, either Michonne or Sam end up shooting Randall in the head, killing him. Norma, having witnessed the death of her brother, goes into a blind rage, ordering her people to storm the house and kill Michonne and her group.

Randall is a walker, Michonne makes the trade: Michonne leaves the bag on Randall's head, shoving him towards Norma. Norma allows Oak and Siddiq to be returned. As she removes the bag from Randall's head, she realizes he is a walker. She puts him down, quickly ordering her group to attack Michonne and the others.

Randall is a walker/alive, Michonne does not make the trade: Due to the growing tensions, Michonne calls the trade off. Angered, Norma shoots Oak in the stomach, causing Pete to instinctively shoot Jonas dead. In the commotion, Randall tries to break free from Sam or is thrown forward (Determinant), promptly shot dead by her. Norma goes to attack but is kicked down by Oak. Siddiq makes it inside as Norma orders her group attack.

Randall is a walker/alive, Michonne signals Paige: Michonne seizes the moment, signaling Paige to kill Norma. She takes a shot, successfully hitting Norma in the shoulder. Her companions are shocked at the attempted killing, shooting at the group and killing Oak in the process. The scene now plays out as if the player verbally refused to trade, with Randall being shot dead by Sam.

Norma and her group invade the house, leaving Randall's corpse to be devoured by the oncoming Walkers.

Give No Shelter[]

Killed By

Randall taunts Michonne, and the player can either choose to kill him, or simply drop the wrench and leave the room. If the player chooses to kill him, Michonne bashes his head open with the wrench, killing him instantly.

What We Deserve[]

Killed By

Randall will be killed during the trade with Norma, although the exact circumstances of his death depend on whether or not he was killed in Episode 2, and whether or not the trade with Norma is successful. There are many ways for Randall to be killed.

Executed by Sam: If Michonne doesn't cooperate during the trade, Randall takes advantage of the chaos, headbutting Sam and trying to run away. Sam is able to shoot him in the back, dropping Randall to his knees. He looks back at Sam, who finishes him off with a shot to the head, blowing out the back of his skull.

Killed by Sam as he is attacking Michonne: If Michonne successfully makes the trade, Randall instantly charges at Michonne once he is freed, tackling her to the ground where he attempts to kill her. If Michonne fails to reach her gun in time, Sam shoots Randall in the head, avenging her father.

Killed by Michonne: If Michonne successfully makes the trade, Randall instantly charges at Michonne once he is freed, tackling her to the ground where he attempts to kill her. If Michonne manages to grab her gun in time, she shoots Randall under the chin and through his head.

Executed by Sam: If Michonne doesn't cooperate during the trade, Sam shoves the zombified Randall out of the gate and shoots him in the back, knocking the sack off his head and revealing that he has reanimated. The zombified Randall looks back at Sam before being shot in the head.

Killed by Norma, refused to remove the bag from Randall's head: If Michonne makes the trade without taking the bag off of Randall's head, he stumbles around aimlessly until Norma calls out to him. The zombified Randall then staggers towards a suspicious Norma, who removes the bag from his head. Despite being shocked and saddened by his death and zombification, Norma quickly kills the undead Randall with a shot to the head.

Killed by Norma, removed the bag from Randall's head: If Michonne makes the trade, and agrees to take the bag off of Randall's head, Norma is saddened and shocked by the sight of her undead brother. Michonne can either justify killing Randall, apologize to Norma, or shove the zombified Randall directly at Norma. If Michonne apologizes or defends her killing of Randall, the zombified Randall begins to shamble towards Norma, who tearfully shoots him in the head. If shoved towards Norma, she quickly pulls out her gun and shoots the zombified Randall in the chest without hesitation.

The following is a list of some of Randall's most memorable quotes.

ITD Caught Our Thieves

"And you've got help this time. Interesting. Thought you were a solo act."

"You. Man, you gotta be kidding me... And you've got help this time. Interesting. Thought you were a solo act. Guess we had you figured wrong. (whistles) Damn. I know Sam here didn't do all this. Get them all onto the boat. And be careful. These new ones aren't fucking around. We'll take them to Norma. They try anything...shoot 'em."
- Randall after catching Michonne, Pete, Sam, and Greg, "In Too Deep"

"Watch it, girl. You're in deep enough already. You know, if I had my way, I'd just dump you over the side. See how well you swim with your hands tied behind your back. Norma's got other ways of doing things. You're lucky she's calling the shots."
- Randall berating Samantha, "In Too Deep"

"You. We'll start with you. What's your name? It's okay, you can tell me. I'm just making conversation. ("Fuck you.") Is that spelled with an "F" or a "P-H"? Oh, it's alright. You don't have to tell me. I'll just call you "thief"."
- Randall asking for Michonne's name (Determinant), "In Too Deep"

"Nice machete. You handled those walkers back there, but how are you against something that can actually fight back? It's plenty sharp. You take good care of this blade. I can tell. (…) I'll bet. Weapon like this, you gotta be comfortable gettin' in close, gettin' messy."
- Randall to Michonne about her machete (Determinant), "In Too Deep"

ITD Hit a Nerve

"You know, every person we find living...they got some dead with 'em. Who was it for you, I wonder? Mother? Father? Couple sisters, maybe? Not kids... You?"

"You know, every person we find living...they got some dead with 'em. Who was it for you, I wonder? Mother? Father? Couple sisters, maybe? Not kids... You? (laughs) Oh, man. I wouldn't have guessed that in a million years. So you... you got nothing left to lose. No wonder you're all stoic and shit. But, hell, we all lose people. Can't let it get you down. (…) Ooh! I hit a nerve. Don't feel bad; I'm a lot like you. No shame in that."
- Randall asking Michonne who she lost (Determinant), "In Too Deep"

"Everyone's afraid of something. Anyone who says otherwise is just lying to themselves."
- Randall after Michonne says she is not afraid of anything (Determinant), "In Too Deep"

"Look at that. Here we are. Monroe. Doubt you got a good look last time you were here. Too busy stealing from us to appreciate our little community. Bet you never gave them a second thought. The folks you fucked over."
- Randall showing his community to Michonne (Determinant), "In Too Deep"

"That one there... Michonne. She's the one to watch out for. (…) You don't believe me? I've never been wrong about something like this."
- Randall to Norma about Michonne (Determinant), "In Too Deep"

"Looks a bit empty, doesn't it? Like something's missing. Luckily, my sister's good at getting answers. She'll find out what you did with the rest of it. And if she doesn't... The two of us are gonna have ourselves a talk. (…) (to Michonne) Keep an eye on her. She's got a knack for starting trouble. Anything goes down and I'm blaming you. And you don't want that, trust me. (…) Then you're stuck with the consequences. And I'm pretty sure you won't like those. I'd say make yourself comfortable... but that's... probably not going to happen."
- Randall as he locks Michonne and Sam in a room (Determinant), "In Too Deep"

"I guess being a pain in the ass runs in the family."
- Randall as Greg is being interrogated, "In Too Deep"

"Throw him a pity party when we're done. Get the fucking towel."
- Randall to Zachary after Greg pees himself, "In Too Deep"

ITD Randall Scolds Zachary

"And what would you fucking suggest? A pat on the head and a lollipop?

"And what would you fucking suggest? A pat on the head and a lollipop? (…) People need a firm hand. You're not gonna get 'em in line by being soft."
- Randall to Zachary and Norma about his brutal interrogation methods, "In Too Deep"

"Yeah, Michonne. How we playing this? I'm all ears. Any day now. Really. ("No matter what, they're gonna hurt you.") That's the least helpful advice I've ever heard."
- Randall taunting Michonne as she talks to Pete and Greg (Determinant), "In Too Deep"

ITD Uselessness Stops Now

"Your fucking uselessness stops now. Time to earn your keep."

"See, not everyone here lives in squalor! Jonas and Zachary have the nicest room on the ship. The good doctor deserves it. Gosh, he just works so hard... What is it you do, Zachary? Besides fuck Jonas? (…) That's right. You do nothing. You cower and you whine because you don't have the balls to do things that need doing around here. (…) No! I'm not gonna do shit. Your fucking uselessness stops now. Time to earn your keep. (gives gun to Zachary) Here, go on. Get them talking."
- Randall berating Zachary for his uselessness (Determinant), "In Too Deep"

"I don't think she's taking you very seriously. Come on! (…) That's it. Careful. Don't get too close to her, now. (…) Hey, who's in charge here? You or her? Huh? (…) You think this is okay? Get it together, Zachary! (…) What are you waiting for? Last chance, Zachary! FUCKING DO SOMETHING!"
- Randall as Zachary interrogates Michonne, "In Too Deep"

"Damn it, Zachary! Now who's taking things too far? (…) Outside. Now."
- Randall after Zachary shoots Greg, "In Too Deep"

- Randall after shooting John, "Give No Shelter"

"Got her trapped like a rat now. Find her!"
- Randall to the colonists as they search for Michonne, "Give No Shelter"

"Well, shit. You must be pretty proud of yourself, huh? Caught yourself a golden goose. But if you think I'm shittin' any eggs, forget it."
- Randall to the colonists as they search for Michonne (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"Jesus! Whoo! You don't mess around. (chuckles) I like that."
- Randall after Michonne tightens the vice even more (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"What? You just gonna stare at me to death?"
- Randall as Michonne doesn't say anything (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"She doesn't even know I'm here. Otherwise, you'd be hearing a neighborly knock on your door right about now."
- Randall to Michonne about Norma not knowing where he is (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"You know, I probably never would have. Except you left a trail of walker parts right to the front gate. Like some fucked up fairytale."
- Randall to Michonne about how he found the Fairbanks house (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"At the bottom of the bay gettin' nibbled on by crabs. Damn... I guess you do have a heart."
- Randall to Michonne about Pete's crew (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"Rule number one about interrogating someone is actually askin' questions."
- Randall if Michonne says nothing while interrogating him (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"You wanna get that for me? (…) Yeah, tell her my hands are vised up and I've swallowed a pint of my own blood. That's exactly what she wants to hear."
- Randall if Michonne says nothing while interrogating him (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"Big balls, Michonne. Big balls. Or are you afraid to talk to my sis? You should be... half the boys in the union were terrified of her. There was this one fella... always, always gave her shit, until one day she hoisted him up on a hydraulic lift, damn near tore him a new asshole. (chuckles) She got the nickname "Stormin' Norma" after that. Can't believe it stuck. (…) Not a brainy idea, Michonne. You piss on a fire, you still get burned by the steam."
- Randall after Michonne chooses to not answer Norma (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"You know, this feels mighty familiar. Except you're there, and I'm here. So, Michonne... What do you want me to say to her? On account of me hopin' to avoid more broken fingers, your wish is my command. Don't want my piano playin' days to be over so soon."
- Randall as Michonne makes him answer over the radio (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"You sound just like my daddy. He was a mean son of a bitch, his belt was even meaner. So I learned not to cross his path twice. I'll play along."
- Randall to Michonne about his father (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"I'm not a mindreader, Michonne. Though that would come in handy with you. Guess I'll wing it."
- Randall if Michonne doesn't answer what to say to Norma (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"Well? Hurry up now! Norma doesn't like waitin'!"
- Randall as Michonne holds the radio up to him but doesn't turn it on (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

GNS Randall Talking

"Yeah, I know, so you probably... shouldn't head for a house southwest of the tower... set me free... and kill everyone here."

"(over radio) Yeah. I'm alright. But Michonne here is mighty upset. She wants me to--call you off. Yeah, I know, so you probably... shouldn't head for a house southwest of the tower... set me free... and kill everyone here. Probably."
- Randall to Norma over the radio if Michonne says to call her off (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"(over radio) Yeah, yeah, everything's fine. (…) With Michonne, she's not the best host, if you can believe that. Killed two of our own, got me hostage in a house, southwest of the tower, so you might wanna come knockin'."
- Randall to Norma over the radio if Michonne tells him to say everything is fine (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"(over radio) Yeah. I'm alright. (…) Lost. Yeah, I just, uh, got turned around in the trees. Until we found a trail... walker parts there... Lead us straight to Michonne... She's in a house... Southwest to the tower... So why don't you come... Huff and puff and blow this whole fucking place down..."
- Randall to Norma over the radio if Michonne says to not say anything stupid (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"Hey! I wasn't finished yet. I was doing what you said, Michonne. How can you not trust a face like this? (…) Think you're a clever girl, huh? Norma will know something is wrong soon enough. If I can find you, she'll find you."
- Randall if Michonne pulls away the radio early (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"Little slow, Michonne. Little slow. Can't believe you let me keep talkin'. Almost got my whole life's story out. I thought you were sharper than that. Guess it's just your machete. (…) So who's the stupid fuck now? That's one of them rhetorical questions, by the way."
- Randall if Michonne pulls away the radio too late (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"Oh, shit. Norma's stormin' now. Go on. Throw some words at her. I'm just gonna sit back and enjoy this."
- Randall to Michonne as Norma asks for her (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"You know, this alone time, you and me together... it's been real nice. But that all ends when my sister gets here. I'm gonna take that wrench and break your skull. Then Sam's, and then yours, and last but not least... those kiddies too. I saw their little heads in the window. Kids, you know, their skulls don't break so much as... kinda melt. Like a rotted pumpkin. (…) Well, not until Norma gets here and I skip bare-ass free out the front gate. And that will happen."
- Randall to Michonne about how he is going to kill everyone (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"I really hope those are your kids, Michonne. So I can make you watch."
- Randall to Michonne about James and Alex being her kids (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"Well, hey now, don't you two look like your daddy? Back when he still had a face. (…) Yep. Got a big hole there now. (…) Much as I love fucking with people... This time, the truth is way more entertaining. But hey, life's simpler without parents. Believe me on that one."
- Randall telling Sam and James that their father is dead, "Give No Shelter"

"First good question asked all night. Michonne's just been fumblin' around like a bear cub fuckin' a football."
- Randall after Sam asks why he isn't dead, "Give No Shelter"

GNS Randall Taunting

"You like killing. And you'd like killing me, wouldn't you?"

"Well! Ain't I the belle of the ball? Or maybe that's you. 'Cause when this dance is over, you're fucked. Kill me and Norma hunts you down until you're all dead. Fucked! Let me live... and I do even worse. Fucked. But we both know how this is gonna end, Michonne. You like killing. And you'd like killing me, wouldn't you? Just tell old Randall the truth. I've got thick skin. You won't hurt my feelings. (…) Feels good to get that out in the open, don't it? Or maybe... maybe you think you can "rise above" all that. But there ain't no heaven up there, honey, and there ain't no hell down below. There's only this shit, every day until you die. Then you know what's the fuckin' kicker? You get up and keep walking. Now that's some biblical shit, ain't it?"
- Randall taunting Michonne about her wanting to kill him (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"This is the world your kids are dying in, Michonne. Or died in. Or are in that walkin' purgatory. (…) Either way, they're sufferin'. And mommy isn't there. We all have our demons, honey. Some are on the inside. Some are sitting right in front of us. Wondering what kind of mother brings a child in this mess of a world. Ain't no blue skies for them anymore."
- Randall to Michonne about unleashing her demons and his determinately his last words (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"Guess that means the dance is over. Oh, well, Norma will be here soon. Your funeral."
- Randall after Michonne chooses to spare him (Determinant), "Give No Shelter"

"(laughs) What's funny is you think me and my sister are the bad ones. But you're the one burned down our home, forced our people onto shore to be easy pickin's for the walkers. Families. Kids. Never did shit to you. Didn't stop to think about all the lives you were screwing up. All the shit they had to leave behind. Probably burned beyond recognition now. You did that."
- Randall to Michonne about the people they screwed over (Determinant), "What We Deserve"

Randall evil laugh

"So... what do you think's gonna happen next?"

"(laughs) So... what do you think's gonna happen next? (laughs again)"
- Randall to Michonne after Norma says they are coming for him (Determinant), "What We Deserve"

"What? There somethin' on my face? (…) I'm pretty sure she'll notice the fingers. (…) Keep on hoping if you want."
- Randall as Michonne and Paige try to hide his injuries (Determinant), "What We Deserve"

"Can't get enough, huh? Norma'll see right through this. Hey, Michonne. I'm a guest in this house. Where are your manners? You just gonna keep ignoring me? Not gonna stop and say hello? Was that? Nah, I thought I heard Norma at the front door. Probably nothing."
- Randall taunting Michonne as she stands nearby (Determinant), "What We Deserve"

"You know, my hands hurt a little bit. You got any ointment lyin' around? (laughs and coughs) Yeah, well. When Norma gets here, she'll bust down that little gate of yours... and tune you up good. Just march on in... Majestic as fuck... ("You can still call her off.") I'd rather eat shit out of a dead dog's ass."
- Randall to Michonne about Norma attacking (Determinant), "What We Deserve"

"(muffled) Just get this fucking thing off me!"
- Randall to Norma as he's held captive, also his last words (Determinant), "What We Deserve"

  • Randall is shown to be a strong and capable fighter:
    • During "In Too Deep", he is able to subdue Michonne and Sam if they try to escape, managing to block and counter numerous attacks. He also heavily beats Michonne (Determinant) and Greg during the interrogation.
    • In "Give No Shelter", he is able to hold his own against Michonne, only losing his advantage when she or Sam use a melee weapon. (Determinant) Later in the episode, he is able to simultaneously hold his own against Michonne, Pete (Determinant), and Paige, managing to knock Paige and Pete to the floor and dislocate Michonne's left shoulder before finally being subdued.
    • In "What We Deserve", if he isn't a walker, he easily tackles Michonne to the ground and nearly chokes her to death (even if his hands were crushed in the vice) having to be killed by Sam or Michonne. (Determinant)
  • If Randall was spared in "Give No Shelter" and Michonne entered the ferry through the widow entrance to witness the extent of the massacre committed on board in the previous episode, she can mention it to him near the beginning of "What We Deserve" when discussing Monroe's destruction. In this dialogue, Randall confirms that his group were behind the innocent deaths on board the ferry.
