This red poncho man is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead.

"Conquer"

This man was observed by Daryl Dixon and Aaron, two recruiters for the Alexandria Safe-Zone, wandering through a field. They decide to follow him but lost track of him. Later, he was captured by the Wolves and brutally murdered.

He later reanimates and wanders the loading dock area of a food distribution warehouse.
