Private First Class Richards (first name unknown) is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's Fear The Walking Dead. He is a member of the California Army National Guard.
Pre-Apocalypse

Nothing is known about Richards' life prior to or as the outbreak began, except that he served as a member of the California Army National Guard.
Post-Apocalypse
Season 1
"Not Fade Away"
Private First Class Richards is one of the soldiers stationed inside the safe zone where Madison's neighborhood is located. He is one of the guardsmen to help detain Griselda Salazar and Nicholas Clark and bring them to the medical facility for observation.
"Cobalt"
While driving through the Dead Zone, Moyers spots an infected and orders Travis to shoot her. Richards, along with Castro and Cole, witness the whole event.
After receiving a distress call, Moyers and his men drive to the building overrun with Infected. Richards proceeds into the building with his fellow Guardsmen.
Richards, Castro, and Cole exit the library, and Richards helps Travis into the vehicle, saying that Moyers "ain't coming".
He, along with Castro, leave Travis a few blocks from the Safe Zone, and leave for San Diego.
