This woman participates in the riot outside of Michonne's apartment. When Michonne tries to stop the mob from beating up Jerome, this woman tells her that Jerome deserves to die because he killed Anthony. As she and the rest of the mob attempt to beat her up, Jerome throws himself on top of Michonne to shield her from their blows. Like the rest of the rioters, she disperses once Mercer orders his men to fire warning shots.
