Robbie is a member of Woodbury who worked as a food distributor. He was briefly mentioned in the episode, "Hounded," by The Governor when recommending Andrea to receive employment with him.

Nothing is known about Robbie's life before or as the outbreak began. He may have lived in or near the town of Woodbury, Georgia.
Post-Apocalypse

After the apocalypse, Robbie joins The Governor in Woodbury and accepts the responsibility of distributing the food to the rest of the survivors in the town.

"Hounded"
Robbie was first mentioned in this episode, as being the food distributor of Woodbury. Robbie was mentioned to Andrea by The Governor, who was searching for a job. The Governor recommended Andrea to food distribution, but she declined the offer, wanting to be a wall guard instead.
Post-Prison Assault
Following the failed prison assault in "Welcome to the Tombs", Robbie's fate isn't entirely clear. Although it is very likely that he was among the townspeople murdered by The Governor out on the road.

- The name Robbie was never given to one of the background survivors in Woodbury. It is most likely Robbie is dead, as many men were killed in "Made to Suffer", "This Sorrowful Life", and "Welcome to the Tombs".
