June mentions Rose to John Dorie by saying that she died before walking away. Rose is mentioned again as June sees her notes on the wall. Later, June explains that she was sick and needed antibiotics. June went out to get them but it took her 3 days to find the medicine. When June came back, Rose has already died, turned, and wiped out the entire FEMA camp. |

June explains to Virginia that she had a daughter and wanted to protect her once as well, just like Virginia wanted to protect Dakota, however, she goes on to explain that she didn't protect her daughter when she killed people, like Virginia did, resulting in June shooting her. |
