The SIG-Sauer P250 Compact is a semi-automatic pistol made by Sigarms, now known as Sig Sauer Inc.
Post-Apocalypse[]
During the destruction of McCarroll Ranch, Rodney is armed with a P250 and he uses it to kill Clementine's Horse, mistaking her for an enemy combatant.
During the fight on the S.S. Stewarts Fitzgerald, Tennesse grabs a P250 that Gina is carrying as a sidearm and uses it to threaten Lilly. Lilly stops her men from interfering, recognizing that Tenn is too scared to actually pull the trigger. During the fight that follows, Lilly and Clementine fight over the gun before AJ grabs it. If Clementine encourages him to kill Lilly, AJ shoots her in the cheek with the gun, killing her, before unloading half a clip into her dead body.
As a herd swarms the beach, Sullene uses a P250, possibly the same one as Sullene had stumbled upon the scene moments after Lilly's death. In a rage after Clementine kills Gina with Marlon's bow, Sullene shoots at her, resulting in Sullene's death at the hands of two walkers. In the aftermath, as she enters a berserk rage, Minerva grabs the gun and uses it to shoot several walkers, including the one that bites her on the cheek.
Shortly thereafter, having lost her mind, Minerva attacks Clementine, AJ, Tenn, and Louis/Violet on the broken bridge, armed with the P250 and fire axe. Firing the gun into the air and singing, Minerva draws a herd to the bridge that ignores her as Minerva is covered in walker blood and in a deep state of infection. From within the herd, Minerva shoots at Clementine, before attacking her physically. During the fight between the two girls, Minerva is forced to reload the gun, giving Clementine the chance to disarm her. However, Minerva spits blood in Clementine's face, causing her to miss her shot. Finally, as Minerva moves to kill Clementine with the fire axe, Clementine manages to grab the gun and shoot Minerva in the chest, causing her to fall back into the herd. With the fresh blood from her wound breaking Minerva's camouflage, she is devoured by the herd.
After crossing the bridge, AJ takes the gun and, if Clementine chose to trust him to make the hard choices, shoots Tenn in the neck to save Louis/Violet's life as Tenn was going to get them killed. Fleeing walkers closing in from all directions, AJ shoots several of them, as he and a bitten Clementine flee into James' Barn. Too weak to close the stall doors herself, Clementine takes the gun back and kills three walkers with it to protect AJ, but she runs out of bullets, forcing AJ to put down the remaining walkers that get in using a knife. Afterwards, AJ confirms that there's no more bullets for the gun, preventing Clementine from using it to commit suicide or AJ using it to help escape.
Subsequently, AJ holds onto the P250, using it to replace his lost Smith & Wesson Model 36 and apparently finding more ammo for it. If AJ chose to kill Tenn, he encounters his friend as a walker near the fishing cabin days later. AJ then has the choice to drive Tenn away or put his zombified friend down with the gun.

- This gun's appearance in the game is actually an anachronism since the outbreak started in 2003 and the pistol was introduced to the US market in 2007.
