Saa is a survivor of the outbreak in Skybound Comet's Clementine.
Pre-Apocalypse[]

Little is known about Saa's life prior to or as the outbreak started, except for unknown reasons, she had both of her legs amputated.
Post-Apocalypse[]
During the outbreak, Saa would often trade with Anne Morro.
Book Two[]
"Chapter Eight"[]
Saa meets Clementine and Fen on her ship after being told to find her by Miss Morro. They ask her for some food and water, though she's reluctant, Saa ultimately has her partner Derrick pack them a bag, as she learns of Anne and the other islanders' demise.
As Saa is mapping out her course, she is asked by Fen where Taiwan is. She shows her how far it is on her map which devastates Fen as it is further away then she initially thought. Fen leaves in tears, but Clementine stays behind and talks to Saa some more. Saa tells Clem that she's heading to Greenland because her friend Kim messaged her that life there was good. Derrick comes back with the bag, including their crew's rice, which angers Saa since she doesn't believe the rest of her crew is dead. Clementine then volunteers herself and the rest of her group to fill in for Saa's crew on their journey to Greenville. Saa is skeptical of this at first, but eventually accepts the offer.
The next day, Clementine, along with Ricca and Olivia arrive nearly late which angers Saa, but she quickly composes herself and gives them their orders.

Later that night, Saa is seen sitting up, presumably from being unable to sleep like everyone else.
