Samantha is a survivor of the outbreak in Season 6 of AMC's The Walking Dead. She is a resident of the Alexandria Safe-Zone.
Pre-Apocalypse

Very little is known about Samantha's life before the outbreak. Samantha likely lived in or near the state of Virginia.
Post-Apocalypse

Samantha is one of the residents who was killed when the Wolves broke into the Alexandria Safe-Zone and started ransacking houses and murdering residents.
"Now"
The next day, Samantha's body is gathered by Tobin and Bruce and buried along with the other slain Alexandrians. Her name is added to the memorial wall by Betsy and two other women.

Aaron left his backpack at Del Arno Foods, which causes the Wolves to attack Alexandria.
As the Wolves make their way into Alexandria, Samantha is one of the many residents to be killed.

- Similar to how the recurring extras killed off in "JSS" got their names, many of the stunt people who portrayed Alexandrians killed by the Wolves were named based off the first letter of their real name, such as Samantha and Sierra Laird.
