Samuels (first name unknown) is a character first encountered in Issue 175 of Image Comics' The Walking Dead. He is a Commonwealth soldier.

Pre-Apocalypse

Location Unknown

Nothing is known about Samuels prior to or as the outbreak began. It is possible he lived in or near Ohio and had some military or police experience.

Post-Apocalypse

At some point, Samuels made his way to the Commonwealth and joined the Commonwealth Army.

New World Order

Samuels is one of the soldiers present when the Alexandria group arrives in Commonwealth territory. When one of the girls from the group starts cracking stupid jokes, Samuel whispers to Frost, "Is this bitch for real?", but Frost quickly shuts him up.

Rest In Peace

Samuels is among the soldiers to listen to Mercer's call to overthrow the Commonwealth leadership. However, when Lance walks in he doesn't respond.

Samuels is not seen or mentioned in the 25 year time-skip, leaving his fate unknown.
