"Clear"
When Rick, Carl, and Michonne visit King County to look for guns, Carl mentions to Rick that he is going on a little supply run. Rick says he can and Michonne is told to help. Before that, he tells Rick that he is visiting Sarah's shop to get a crib for Judith, when he really is going to the King County Café to get a photo of himself and his parents, to show to her when she grows up, to show her what her mother looked like.
It is unknown what happened to Sarah after the apocalypse began, leaving her with an unknown fate.
