After escaping from the Hilltop, he and another Savior are bitten by zombies. In attempt to save their lives, his leg is chopped off while the other bitten Savior's arm is chopped off. The injured men are brought into a dive bar as Jared, Evan, and the other Saviors decide what to do with them. Some want to keep them moving while Jared thinks it's best to kill the injured now. When the herd breaks in, this Savior attempts to defend himself but is quickly overrun and devoured.
