This Savior is a character and an antagonist first encountered in Issue 111 of Image Comics' The Walking Dead. He is a member of the Saviors.

Post-Apocalypse
March To War
This Savior was first seen with the other Saviors, helping by holding Rick, Heath, Holly and Nicholas at gunpoint. The Saviors are then ambushed by Ezekiel and other survivors. Shiva runs up from behind then mauls and eats this Savior to death.
