This scavenger is seen in a flashback if Clementine entered Wellington. He is with an unnamed group and they raided Wellington. While scavenging around the city, he is seen killing a girl in cold blood. He sees Edith and Clementine and starts shooting towards Edith and fatally hit her through the back of the head. He is never seen again after, leaving his fate unknown.
