Sebastian's Story - New Members[]
While hanging with the rest of the Hunting Club, a dog approaches him out of nowhere. He and Diego attempt to feed the dog to little avail. The dog pulls Sebastian by his leg and tries to bring him somewhere. Sebastian goes with the dog to see what's up and eventually he finds another dog who's hurt. Sebastian quickly treats the injured dog and feeds him. Once they're both dogs are taken care of, he begins to leave. Both dogs decide to follow him and he names them Max and Mason.
Survival Records - People From The Outskirts[]
Sebastian and Diego go to scavenge for supplies when they come across Nia. She tells them about how she's set to meet someone from a nearby community to join them and that the duo are more than welcome to join her. The three of them reach where they have to go and meet Eric. Diego tells him how they have a much larger group nearby and that he'd love for him and his group to join Asyl, which they all end up doing.

Diego find Sebastian and Nia and is grateful to have them in his life.
Chapter 10 - Park[]
Eric, Hailey, Sebastian, Max, and Mason are at Delaware Park scavenging for supplies.
Trickster Crane's Story - A Second Chance[]
Crane is training with David at the training center as they are practicing throwing knives. David comments how Crane has really improved since he got to Asyl, both in physical prowess and morality. Crane states that he's gotten more deadly thanks to him having trained with a sniper rifle with Kate, tracking with Sebastian and Diego, and bombmaking with Brody. As for the change in morality, Crane comments how it's from the fact that he's living in Asyl.
Tracker Sebastian's Story - Animal Hunting[]
Sebastian, Diego, and the dogs are closely following three cannibals who had killed and eaten an Asyl Resident who was on a supply run. The start recalling some of their prior hunting trips, remembering one where Jackson swallowed a spider. On a break during their hunt, they discuss how The Cannibals aren't people and how they should all be killed. Diego talks about how The Hunting Club had ran into a group of Cannibals before Sebastian joined the group and how he killed all but one of the cannibals. he asked the remaining Cannibal why he kept people alive that they were going to eat, knowing the answer. The Club kept the man alive so they can use him as bait on their next hunting mission. Eventually they find the group of cannibals. Diego comments how Sebastian's skills at tracking and using a gun have improved thanks to both Guide and Gunther. They comment on how they'll each take out one of the cannibals and use the last remaining cannibal as bait for any bears that are sure to be around.

- According to the MBTI Event Part 2, Sebastian's Myers Briggs personality is ISFP.
- It's hinted that Sebastian found Crane and David before they reached Asyl and why the three of them are such good friends.
- Sebastian, and by default both Max and Mason, are one of eight characters, and the first original All-Stars character, to have two characters based on them, in this case being Sebastian and Tracker Sebastian.
- The other five characters to have two versions of them are Rick Grimes, Carl Grimes, Eugene Porter, Eric, and Crane.
- He is one of three characters to age in the game. The other two characters with this distinction are Rick Grimes and Carl Grimes.
- Tracker Sebastian is one of three character's who's story does not take within the established timeline of the game.
