Simon is a character who appears in AMC's Tales of the Walking Dead. He is an employee at Circle of Trust Insurance Company.

Overview

Simon is one of the top sellers at Circle of Trust Insurance Company and is also Blair's biggest suck-up, usually agreeing with whatever she says. Like Blair, rather than being concerned about the violence going on, he thinks more about how it will get them more business and money, downplaying the severity of the situation. After Blair begins to experience many time loops, she starts to change, which Simon notices and questions if she is okay. Blair is able to witness the horrors of the outbreak, her perspective changes, and she starts to realize that things are worse than they seem, and orders the workers to leave early. Simon, who has yet to witness these events, is more concerned about the unanswered phones and believes they'll all be back there on Monday, representing Blair's old mindset.

Pre-Apocalypse

Nothing is known about Simon's life prior to or as the outbreak began, except that he worked at Circle of Trust Insurance Company along with his boss, Blair, and several colleagues, Gina, Jasmine, and Joel.

Post-Apocalypse

Season 1

"Blair / Gina"

Simon is working at Circle of Trust Insurance Company with his colleagues and is one of the top sellers there. His boss, Blair, starts talking about how all the bad stuff currently going on in the world will make people panic and have more accidents and thus give them more business, something he is on board with. He and Jasmine suck-up to Blair. Blair jokes that Jasmine might finally take Simon down as the top seller, and they engage in some playful banter. However, Joel voices his concern about the news of people attacking each other. Blair shrugs this off and instead makes a joke about something Joel and his wife did at last year's Christmas party, which Simon finds funny. Simon watches in awe as the phones ring like crazy from nervous customers. Still, Blair believes everything is fine and leaves with her fiancé on a vacation as Simon sits back down at his desk.

After Blair and Gina get blown up by an oil tanker, they experience a time loop and are back in the office as they were earlier. Blair starts coughing up smoke mid-sentence, prompting her workers to ask if she's okay. Simon watches in confusion as Blair suggests that Gina has a shotgun under her desk, before checking.

In the next loop, they appear back in the office once again, this time with Gina screaming from being exploded. Simon and the other workers look at her in shock.

After yet another loop, Blair and Gina are back in the office, visibly traumatized. In the background, Simon questions what Blair was going to say since she didn't finish her sentence. Simon watches as Gina loses it and blames Blair for their situation, and calls her out for her narcissism. This causes a feud between them, and they proceed to kill each other many times, causing many time loops.

Eventually, the two get tired of fighting and are visibly disheveled. However, Simon and the others still don't understand what's going on. They watch in confusion as Gina breaks the vending machine to get snacks. Blair and Gina ignore their questions as the two have a conversation about the look of walkers. Later, Blair tells the workers to close up early, much to their shock. Simon looks in confusion since this is quite out of character for Blair and questions if she needs xanax. Simon is concerned about the ringing phones, but Blair tells them it doesn't matter. Simon leaves with the others, saying he'll see Blair on Monday. After Blair lets herself be bitten by a walker, another loop happens. Blair once again tells Simon and the workers that they can leave early.

It is unknown what happened to Simon after he left the building.
