This sister is a survivor of the outbreak in Image Comics' The Walking Dead.
Pre-Apocalypse[]

Nothing is known about her life prior to or as the outbreak began, other than she lived with her father and brother.
Post-Apocalypse[]
At some point after the apocalypse, her father sacrificed himself so that she and her brother could escape.
Here's Negan[]
"Chapter 10"[]
After meeting Negan she panicked in a Wal-Mart, which resulted in her brother getting killed. After her brother's death, she got bitten on the neck but didn't realize it. When she revealed this to Negan, he became infuriated with her, as he was sick of people around him dying. Negan screamed at her and chastised her for being weak, before leaving her to die and reanimate alone.

She and Negan presumably had a good relationship, until she was bitten. When she revealed her bite wound to Negan, he yelled at her and cussed her out, due to being frustrated at the weakness and mortality of the people he meets. He ultimately abandons her in a parking lot to die alone.
