This sister is a character first encountered in Here's Negan of Image Comics' The Walking Dead.

Pre-Apocalypse

Virginia

Nothing is known about her life prior to or as the outbreak began, other than she lived with her father and brother.

Post-Apocalypse

At some point after the apocalypse her father sacrificed himself so that she and her brother could escape. After meeting Negan she panicked in a Walmart which resulted in her brother getting killed. At some point either before or after her brother's death she got bitten on the neck but didn't realize it, which pissed off Negan due to her being "weak". Ultimately he decides to leave her to die and reanimate in the car park,

It can be assumed that she and her father had a good relationship and a basic father-daughter bond. Her father sacrificed himself to a group of walkers so she and her brother could get away. She is noticeably traumatized by his death.

She and her brother presumably had a good relationship.

Negan

"You're bit?! FUCK YOU! Go fucking fuck yourself up your fucking ass, you fuck. I'm sick to death of this shit! You ran and let your father die. You fucking flipped your shit in there... and let your fucking brother die, and for all your trouble... you get to fucking die. I'm sick of you people. You're all fucking weak. She and Negan presumably had a good relationship, until she was bitten. When she revealed her bite wound to Negan, he yelled at her and cussed her out, due to being frustrated at the weakness and mortality of the people he meets. He ultimately abandons her in a parking lot to die alone.
