Spencer Monroe is a survivor of the outbreak in Rick Grimes 2000. He is a resident of the Alexandria Safe-Zone, alongside his parents Douglas and Regina Monroe.

Spencer witnesses Michonne Hawthorne knock down Rick Grimes. Soon afterwards, Rick explodes for unknown reasons.
Three weeks later, aliens have invaded earth and have taken enslaved and killed multiple humans. Spencer is nowhere to be seen and is not mentioned, leaving his fate unknown.
