This woman is on duty in the gallery at the Louvre where the Mona Lisa is on display. She orders Marion to clean up the mess after a museum visitor drops a can of soda, creating a spill on the floor. Marion calls her a "lazy cow" while walking away. Sabine tells Marion that she should not let the supervisor talk to her like that, to which Marion takes pity on her, stating that she heard her husband has cancer.
