The Survivor Camp is a campsite just off the main highway near Gil's Pitstop and is the final location in the "400 Days" DLC and Season 1 of The Walking Dead chronologically. The campsite is where all five of the survivors meet and come together and decide what path to take and where they will go.
Pre-Apocalypse
Rural Georgia
Before the outbreak, the campsite most likely never existed due to the close proximity to the main Georgia highway as well as being very close to Gil's Pitstop and the campsite itself being in a large open field.
Post-Apocalypse
"400 Days"
Four hundred days after the outbreak began, all the survivors have met at the nearby rest stop. While avoiding the pitstop itself due to it being overrun with walkers, the possibility of Roman and his group still being there, and the events of Nate and his carelessness and aggressive behavior, the group sets up camp in the nearby field. After Tavia reviews the pictures and notes left behind on the bulletin board at the diner, she spots the smoke coming from the campsite which hints her to where they have gone. Tavia goes to check on them while being extremely cautious not to cause a panic. She explains to the group about the situation and the possibility of heading up north where several survivors have built a new community. She convinces whoever she can and then leaves the campsite with any survivor who chose to go with her.

Trivia
- Despite Shel and Becca's fear of Roman going out and hunting for them if they choose not to kill Stephanie, they take shelter very close to Gil's Pitstop rather than flee the area completely.
- However, this may be due to Gil's Pitstop being abandoned by Roman's group prior to the survivors setting up the camp.
- It is unknown if the smoke from the camp fire was deliberate to signal any other survivors passing by like the pictures and notes left at the rest stop (such as Tavia) or accidental based on the sense of alert that the group had upon Tavia's arrival.
