The Proctors are a motorcycle gang in AMC's Fear The Walking Dead, who are led by their president Proctor John and control numerous trading posts, including El Bazar. They served as the primary antagonistic group of the second half of Season 3.

Pre-Apocalypse

John had been the president even before the apocalypse, and he was also an influential man who had connections in Mexico.
