The Woodbury Leader's Militia are a survivor group formed in GameMill Entertainment's The Walking Dead: Destinies. Following the fall of Woodbury, Philip Blake, Merle Dixon, or Theodore Douglas would form a new community to retaliate against their former enemies. They served as the primary antagonistic group of "Fear the Living".
